Purposes and legal bases of data processing

  • Administration of the website and ensuring its security – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (ensuring the security of the website and its proper functioning)
  • Analysis of user behaviour on the website – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (adapting the website to users’ expectations, increasing the effectiveness of marketing activities, fixing technical errors)
  • Integration with internal systems – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest (improving the handling of user inquiries and requests, increasing the efficiency of the controller’s operations)

Scope of data

In order to fulfil the above purposes, we collect various categories of data and use external tools to improve our website and increase its functionality.

Server logs

At the server level, information about user behaviour is recorded. This data is used solely for the administration of the website and to ensure the proper functioning of hosting services. We record, among others: • the time of sending the request and response, • information about the user’s browser and IP address, including the name of the workstation or the link from which the user reached our website, • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction.

This data is not used to identify users.

Data from forms

The website contains various forms used to collect data for a specific purpose (e.g. newsletter subscription, request for a quote). The scope of the collected data depends on the specific form.

Recipients of personal data

We may transfer your personal data to entities providing services to us (including, but not limited to, handling contact forms, newsletters, email, hosting, technical support, consulting and auditing services).

In the case of consent to cookies, the data may be transferred to operators of integrated tools (the detailed list is available in the Cookie Policy). We also display offers from other companies in the Future Processing group on our website. Depending on the context of the inquiry, the data may be shared with the relevant company within the group.

Period of data processing

We store data processed on the basis of legitimate interest until an effective objection is raised or until the purpose of the processing ceases to be relevant. Server logs are stored by default for 12 months (longer in cases of suspicious activity).

Your rights

In connection with the processing of personal data, you may at any time:

  • request access to your data and its rectification (applies to data sent via contact forms);
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by sending an email to info@fpupoland.eu and request the deletion of your data;
  • withdraw your consent to cookies (details in the Cookie Policy);
  • object to the processing of data based on legitimate interest (on grounds relating to your particular situation);
  • lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority if you believe that the processing violates the law.

Necessity to provide data

Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failure to provide data or blocking necessary cookies may prevent the proper functioning of the website.

Automated decision-making

We do not make automated decisions about you, including profiling. The only exception is blocking access in the event of detected suspicious activity or attempts to bypass website security.
